Officer’s Messages – January 2022
From the East
Hope all is well from the east. Well, it looks like we had another little bump in the road as the numbers of Covid are rising her in the state of Nevada. If you didn’t know the Grandmaster of Masons in Nevada has ceased all operations until further notice. The secretary and I are staying in contact with the Grand Lodge so as soon as the restrictions are lifted, we will get back to work. I know the brothers are ready to get their degrees, they’re chomping at the bit, and we will get them as soon as we can. Thank you all for your patience.
Delvin Bourn, Worshipful Master
From the West
Here we go again. Hopefully, we will be able to resume Masonic activities and more importantly, Masonic fellowship soon. I hope everyone stays safe and healthy during this latest wave of covid cases. As soon as we have a date that we can resume Masonic activities, I will be getting ahold of all the brothers that want to participate in a Master Mason and Fellow Craft degree. I also wanted to thank all the brothers that agreed to participate in the Master Mason degree that was unfortunately cancelled. I also want to thank our Worshipful Master, Delvin Bourn, for all his hard work during this difficult time.
Kevin Webster, Senior Warden
From the South
I hope you and your beloved ones are healthy and safe during this COVID break.
I want to express my gratitude for the educational zoom meetings planned by our Worshipful Master Delvin Bourn and I look forward to starting our Masonic activities in person in safe conditions.
Yes, we all miss our social interactions. One of the best parts of getting back to normal is that as soon as we begin our regular meetings, we will, of course, enjoy our awaited social meetings/family dinners with delicious food.
Additionally, our ladies are encouraged to participate in different thematic workshops planned throughout the year. One such activity is the creative workshop dedicated to Mother’s Day, during the first week of May. Further details will be announced once the time comes closer.
Stay safe and healthy!
Vasile Cristian Gliga, Junior Warden
From the Secretary
I hope everyone is doing well and everyone is staying safe. I really hope we get back to lodge as soon as possible. I am going to use this time to try and update all our brothers’ information on Grand View so be on the look out for a message asking for your current address, phone, and email. If you did not receive your dues notice, please let me know so I can get it sent to the correct address.
Eric Holder, Secretary
