Officer’s Messages – September 2019

From the East
WM Eric Willson

Welcome back everyone. I hope that you all enjoyed the summer. To those Brothers living in a more forgiving climate…you missed a hot August.

On September 11th, we will be opening on the Master Mason degree for an education. I will be giving it. There will be a couple of examinations being given as well. I hope you all attend. It should be a fun and easy night.

Fraternally yours,
Eric Willson
Worshipful Master

From the West
Bro John Krikorian

It’s hard to believe that the fall is rapidly approaching! As we begin our second half of the year, I’d encourage every Brother to consider how you’ve been contributing to the Lodge. How can you talk just one step up to improve yourself and the Lodge more generally? What’s one thing that you can do to make things just slightly better? Learn a new part? Pitch in on meals? Offer a home-bound Brother a ride to Lodge? The very best Masons are always thinking about how to make themselves better. Why not devote this time of year to think about that.

We’ve got a good group of younger Brothers taking degrees as well. I do encourage all of you to attend degree nights and support their progression. The love and Brotherhood that we show each other means so much for these young men.

John Krikorian
Senior Warden

From the South
Bro Dick Wright

Brethren, the summer is almost over. Seems to have gone quickly.  Stated meeting is on September 4, dinner at 6:30.  We are going to have cheeseburgers, fries and salad.  Let me know if you have any suggestions for our future meals even if you desire repeats.  See you all soon.

Junior Warden
