Officer’s Messages – January 2019

From the East
WM Eric Willson

Brethren,

I would like to thank all of you for entrusting me with the care and governance of our Lodge during 2019.  It is a pleasure and an honor to serve you in this capacity.

I look forward to seeing you all in the coming months as we test out the schedule I have proposed.  It is going to be a busy winter and early spring as we take on the petitions that have been steadily arriving.  It is heartening to see so much interest in our Fraternity!

With that in mind, I implore all of you to begin really considering the direction the Lodge is heading, and what kind of future you would like to see for it.  As many of our great ritualists get closer to retirement, we will need to be prepared to fill their shoes.  No matter how big they may be.

If anyone has any ideas on how to proceed in the long term, I invite you all to share them with me.

Eric Willson
Worshipful Master

From the West
Bro John Krikorian

Thank you for electing me to the West. This year, as I represent the Pillar of Strength, my goal will be to support all of you as you grow in your Masonic journeys. Each of us needs the support of our Brothers as we progress towards the East or wherever our path takes us.

And as you think about that path, don’t hesitate to speak to any of the officers, PMs, or Brothers for wise counsel as we help each other as we travel.

John Krikorian
Senior Warden

From the South
Bro Dick Wright

I want to thank you for putting your trust in me for this next year, and I will do my best.

For the Stated Communication on the 2nd of January, we will have for dinner Teriyaki Chicken, fried rice and other fixings.

On January 23rd the family dinner will be Spaghetti with meatballs sauce, garlic breads and other fixings. If you have any suggestion for dinners, please let me know. If it’s sounds good to you, we will try and come up with what you suggest.

Junior Warden

Brethren, Seasons’ Greetings,

Brethren it’s very humbling that you chose to elect me to this very important, job. I will be doing my very best for you in the coming months as I learn what all my duties are.

I know one of my jobs is to collect dues for 2019, for the time is coming very quickly when your 2018 Dues Card will run out from being valid, and that date is December 31, 2018.
