George Washington Memorial Dinner Held at Acacia Lodge #49

This past Wednesday, February 19th, the Annual George Washington Memorial Dinner was held at Acacia Lodge #49. This dinner annually alternates between Acacia and Mount Moriah and has been well attended and enjoyed by both Lodges for many years.

After collation, George Washington’s biography and other interesting details of his life were read to the Brothers, families, and friends.

The Memorial Plate was then presented from Mount Moriah back to Acacia Lodge, who will hold it for 2014, to be presented back to Mount Moriah in 2015 at the next George Washington dinner.
